Paradise Plains Hut – N. E. Tasmania

Paradise Plains Hut is believed to have been built, by persons unknown, possibly 15 to 20 years ago but still today its existence and location is not widely known.  Of raw pole construction, the A-frame hut is rustic and basic, minimally furnished with a table, chairs and an old couch and heated by means of a wood heater. Insulation material lines the walls and there is a kitchen sink and cupboards on the ground floor with a ladder leading to a small loft.  Several windows allow for plenty of natural light in the Hut which is well cared for with firewood occasionally replenished and the area kept clean and tidy.
